My mother - as sweet as she is - has, on occasion, accused us of not eating vegetables regularly. So, here's to you, mom. Vegetable soup. Potatoes, carrots, zucchini, celery, onion and drum roll, please....tomato puree. There's also a few chunks of beef in there.

Ok... so apparently I need to know how you made that. I've had a request. Actually, I believe the exact phrase was "I could eat this." But I know what that means!
